Top notch customer service, professionalism, and plant familiarity. Megan, Beth, and Kathy at the Moana lane store are such a pleasure and so personable. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 35 years and can’t recommend them enough. When a company has so many talented and passionate individuals it says a-lot about the management team and ownership. The plant material was of very high quality, good variety and priced fairly as well. Tom Hulbert

One of the best places in Reno everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, patient , and their selection surpasses all. As someone transplanted here from the East Coast I was devastated for two years that I couldn’t grow anything. The staff helped me understand the climate here and how to be successful. I wouldn’t have my little space of serenity without them.

29 years ago, my husband and I were married. Today, my beautiful daughter, made the exact replica of my bouquet. The aroma made me feel I was back in that day. Thank you Moana for creating this. Iris, Megan, Diedra....Thank you!

First time here. Super cute stuff that they sale. Didn't get a big enough size of pot to transplant into but did buy one for a different size plant. Lots of cute things to buy besides plants and pots.

What great place, if you like plants and all kinds of other stuff, this IS the place! Great service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Water fountains galore. Take your time and a water bottle and look around.
